Prior to co-founding Betria Systems Boris served as VP of Engineering and IT at Tradebeam, where he and his team built and operated a global trade management system for Global 2000 clients including Johnson Controls, Neiman Marcus and Tyco. Prior to Tradebeam Boris served as VP of Engineering at Struxicon where he was responsible for building a supply chain management system for the real estate and construction industries. Boris has over 18 years of experience in project management, software development and consulting engineering. He received his MS and BS degrees in Structural Analysis and Mathematics from St. Petersburg Technical University. Boris also holds an MBA degree from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Ruben Girgidov - Vice President of DeliveryPrior to co-founding Betria Systems Ruben headed strategic R&D initiatives for the Russian office of US-based Quest Software, Inc a leading provider of DataBase tools for Oracle and MS SQL Server in the U.S. market. Ruben played a major role in the development of such applications as Change Director, Intrust for Databases, DB Change Management and others. Prior to Quest, Ruben served as a Project Manager for a Russian based offshore development company, The Web Production, where he was responsible for delivering products to such customers as Allianz AG, Bild.de, Spiegel and others. Ruben has over 12 years of experience in project management, software development and consulting services. He received his MS and PhD degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Petersburg Technical University. Ruben also has number of certifications including ISO9001:2000.
Mike Jochimsen - Vice President of Business DevelopmentMike has over 20 years experience in the IT industry managing strategic partnerships, selling offshore services and managing complex global co-development and technology deployment projects. He has spent time in the storage and networking industry with Emulex and EMC and spent six years managing global technology partnerships for PeopleSoft. Mike also spent two years at Freeborders, a leading offshore outsourcing company based in San Francisco and Shenzhen, China, where he built a channel program and sold services to high tech companies. Mike got his start in IT as a mainframe and PC LAN programmer at Chevron.
Leo Braginsky - Director of Web TechnologyPrior to joining Betria Systems Leo served as Director of Engineering at Delphi Technology in Boston where he managed a global development team of 30 developers and architects building Insurance Automation software using SOA and Web 2.0 technology. Prior to that he was a Project Manager at Partners Healthcare Systems building HIPAA compliant solution for storing and retrieving research data across several major hospitals in the Boston area. Leo also served as Software Development Manager and Software Architect at Iron Mountain and Workscape. Leo has 17 years of software industry experience. He holds Bachelor's degree from St. Petersburg Technical University and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
